I'm a self proclaimed expert on service. Being that I've worked in customer service for my entire life. Anyway, these people are awesome! Every time I go in that establishment I leave with a smile. I'd say if you didn't have a good experience there, the resolve is you should look deep within yourself and figure out where you need to heal because every employee that I've came in contact with has been a blessing to my day. And this is the only one I go to because literally every other one I went to is trash. So, in closing Taylor Mill Bigby is the epitome every customer service representative should strive to become! Good job you people, keep up the wonderful work!
While I don't go here for my regular scheduled coffee, i do in fact LOVE that they do BOGO espresso shots on fridays! it definitely gets me in the door and looking around. It's so close to where i live and it still gives small coffee shop vibes.
Their coffee is the best. This store has the nicest baristas and best drinks. I have to drive a bit out of the way to get it, but it's worth it. I hope they put a store near me soon!
I'm a tea drinker so the fact that they have a separate tea latte menu is awesome to me! The earl gray is fantastic!
